2nd place at the IHK Education Prize 2024
The horizont group gmbH applied for the IHK Education Prize 2024 with the further training concept “Successful mentoring – first-class specialist trainers for our young talents of tomorrow” and achieved second place in the final. The focus of the award-winning concept is the support and development of the currently 17 specialist trainers who supervise the 25 trainees.
We offer you exciting, varied and responsible occupations in eleven different apprenticeships and three degree and diploma studies. In addition, you have the opportunity to individually structure your training in exciting projects.
During your training, you will rotate regularly between the departments in your respective occupation. In addition, you will have the opportunity to complete an internship of several weeks in one of our subsidiaries abroad.
Your training starts with our trainee orientation days. All new and old trainees get to know each other during team-building games and various outdoor events and learn how valuable cooperation and team spirit are.
